  • All the company's notices and official publications
  • All the company's bills of exchange, promissory notes, endorsements
  • Cheques issued by the company
  • Orders for money or goods that have to be signed either on behalf of, or by the company

 

It is necessary for a company to paint or fix its name outside every premises, even if it is the Director's residence, which is used to conduct official business. The name so painted or fixed should be clearly legible.
