What is a Service Address?

The Service Address is used by Directors who want to keep their residential address confidential so that is is not visible on the public register. All filings of a Director's details for incorporations must include each Director's residential address, and a common service address. The service address so selected will be visible on public records, while the residential address will be classified information. Although a residential address can be selected as a service address, in case the Directors do not wish to make their residential address public, they can purchase our Service Address Service.

How does it work?

• Service address of the Directors is changed at the Companies House to show as our London based EC1 address
• When the Companies House has to contact the Director, they will send a letter to the service address, which is our EC1 address
• When we receive the director's letter we will confidentially forward it on the address specified by you
