Director's Service Address

Director's Service Address is for directors who wish to keep their residential address confidential in order to avoid displaying it in the public register.

Any filing regarding a director's details for incorporation, needs to have both the director's usual residential address and a service address. The service address will be on the public record whereas the residential address will be well protected and not displayed publicly. However, in case a director wishes to choose the residential address as their service address then it will be displayed on the public register.

In case the director does not wish to change their usual residential address then they can purchase the services that we offer.
