We offer nominee services for administrative purposes; this indicates that documents that require signatures of nominee will be signed by us and delivered to you.

You should remember an important fact regarding the functioning of your company. We do not participate in the running of your company; however we are only listed on the companies house register. However, you will be eligible to perform the duties regarding the company’s appointment and we will be required to sign documents as per your instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING BANK ACCOUNTS: Please note we cannot act as an authorised signatory for your bank account, we will only sign as the director of your company and not as a signatory for the bank account mandate. We can provide Power of Attorney if this is needed. Under no circumstances will our nominees present themselves to a bank for ID checks - please note that this is not part of the service.
