Confirmation of Shareholding at Incorporation

A letter on letterhead paper from our parent accounting firm stating the original shareholding at the time of incorporation. This letter will be accepted by banks while opening accounts for the company during company formation.
IMPORTANT: This service is available for only those customers who have availed our services to form their company. This letter will be sent throught the mail, and will take 2-3 days to arrive.

Issue of Shares

Complete share issue service that includes taking care of all the forms, minutes and filings at the companies house. A maximum of 2 shareholders are required per order.

Share Certificate

A share certificate, stating the original shareholding at the time company was formed, to formalise who owns shares in the company. This certificate can also act as an invoice/receipt for the shares that are allocated to shareholders.
IMPORTANT: This service is only for Bronze customers who have availed our services to form their company. This certificate will be sent through mail and will take 2-3 days to arrive.

Transfer of Shares

Documents, minutes and filing at the Companies House (extra stamp duty is applicable). A maximum of two transfers are required per order.
